Important notice to all CTMA Transport customers: For any request for rate or shipment of goods, it is now mandatory to have previously completed our new online forms.

WARNING! Any shipment request with a CTMA address as a shipper and/or consignee will not be valid.

• Sender:The place of origin of your goods and the person responsible for the shipment.

Would you like CTMA Transport to picking of your goods at the sender? Don’t forget to check YES in your form!

• Recipient:The place of destination of your goods and the person responsible for receiving them.

Do you want CTMA Transport to make a delivery of your goods to the recipient? Don’t forget to check YES in your form! 

• Paid Postage: Freight charges are paid by the shipper before the goods are transported by CTMA. (This option is not possible if you drop off your goods at our warehouse in Quebec City or Moncton)
• Freight Collect : The freight charges are paid by the consignee at the time of receiving the goods at the CTMA warehouse. (This option is not possible if you receive your goods at our warehouse in Quebec City or Moncton)
