CTMA Transport maintains all its freight transport services despite the pandemic, but requires the collaboration of all its customers as well as its employees in order to rigorously comply with the health instructions.

Delivery service: To minimize contacts, it is not possible for our team to deliver the goods inside the private homes. These will be deposited outside.

Pick-up at the warehouse: All our warehouses are open to customers. Please see our opening hours. Here are the rules to follow:

• Customers can go to the reception desk to pay for their goods.
• Wearing a face covering is mandatory whenever indoors (as well as outdoors when distancing is not possible).
• Hand washing is mandatory at the entrance of our warehouses.
• Customers must pick up their goods outside the warehouse and ensure that they remain at any time at a distancefrom employees and other customers.
